Shades Valley School of Business and Finance is located on the Shades Valley High School Main Campus. This academy is a wonderful way for students to get a head start on college and career. Students will gain extensive knowledge in the fields of Finance and Accounting and will even get the chance to intern with a financial industry leader in the summer before their senior year or as a co-op experience during their senior year. All Jefferson County students are eligible to enroll in this fantastic program. Students wishing to enroll in the JCIB program or any other Academy may also apply for the Academy of Business and Finance. The School of Business and Finance is affiliated with The National Academy Foundation. NAF is a network of 575 Academy programs in the United States, England, and even the Caribbean.
