JCIB Computer Science Program
The Computer Science Program is part of the MYP Design Criterion that focuses on Inquiring and Analyzing, Developing Ideas, Creating the solution and Evaluating outcomes.
Students enrolled in the program are introduced to a wide array of technical skills and topics such as ethical use of technology, cybersecurity, coding, physical computation, 3D printing and robotics.
The program focuses on encouraging students to grow as thinkers and every level uses the problem solving process to create 3D models, robots, mobile apps and other physical computation items to solve real world problems.
